Samsung is known for it’s Unpacked product launch events — and you can usually count on one at the beginning of the year for the Galaxy S series, and one in late summer for it’s other folding smartphones. August 10, 2022 is confirmed as the next Galaxy Unpacked.
It will be virtual and it will start bright and early at 9 am Eastern Time, but if you’re already sold on what is coming, Samsung is accepting pre-reserves. And with our link you can sign-up for free and unlock up to $ 200 off the new phones, earbuds and smartwatch that Samsung will be announcing.
Just head to this page and provide your name and email. You’ll then be eligible for that sweet discount and be first in line to order, if you choose to do so. The best thing is that there is no commitment required.
What to Expect at Samsung’s Next Galaxy Unpacked?
Expect discounts to target phones, earbuds, and a smartwatch. We expect the tech giant to shows off the next generation of foldables at this event.
Our bet would be to see the next Galaxy Z Flip and Galaxy Z Fold. The Galaxy Z Flip is a compact phone that opens into a full sized one. The Galaxy Z Fold is a phone that folds into a tablet for use as the “ultimate productivity” device. Rumors are pointing to refreshed designs in some fresh colors, less of a noticeable crease in the display, and new software features.
Samsung will likely expand the roster of Galaxy Bud earbuds with a new model and add a new smartwatch into the mix as well.
Now even if you’re only a little bit interested in what Samsung is showing off, we’d recommend signing up and at least locking in the reserve deal. It can’t hurt and if you end up really liking the Z Flip, Z Fold, Watch or Buds, you’ll have a discount and be early to get them.
As for what Samsung has in-store, SI Showcase will be covering it all so stay tuned for news of when it’s announced on August 10 and for reviews soon after.
